Truso Association focuses on promiting knowledge about Truso emporium, history, archaeology and old craftsmanship. Nevertheles we are very sensible in terms of cultural heritage of the local area. Thanks to our efforts we acquired aureus, portraying empress Faustina the Younger. By the resolution of our Association we have decided to donate the coin to the Museum of Archaeology and History in Elbląg. This ancient Rome’s coin is absolutely unique on the polish land and currently it is a part of the exhibition The Goths. From the Baltic Sea to Rome.
